The adorable baby doll style gown with gold collar is the 4500 member gift from GLITTERATI by SAPPHIRE. The skirt has a lovely flow that I particularly like and you have to admit the collar is eye catching. I'm sure I'll be p airing this collar with some of my other outfits.
