Skin is Machelle from Dulce Secrets and comes in four skin tones. This is the brandy tone. It's only L$99 at the Summer Break Festival. You'll also find three dollarbie makeups in blue, green and purple.
Outfit is Ely May from [QE] Designs. It includes top, skirt, belt, socks and boots. The socks are on the shoe base but I found the boots fit just fine if you choose not to wear the socks. It's also at the Summer Break Festival.
