Somewhere Summer

It may not be Summer in my part of the world but it certainly is in the native land of designer Luana Barzane of AMARELO MANGA.  She celebrates Summer with purple and electric green in these new Cheryl separates.  The capris  pants and blouse are mesh and there's a demo. The purse is Zuzu also from Amarelo Manga and you can purchase the matching shoes too.   I forgot I had the matching shoes until I took the pic.... so...the shoes I'm wearing are Pietrasanta  from SIMILAR ITALIAN FOOTWEAR.  My hair is Fade into You from EXILE.  Skin is Hope from WOW SKINS.  

Tulips in Winter

Whether worn as a dress or a sweater, Tulips from ArisAris is an adorable choice to brighten any mood.  Tulips is mesh and can be worn without the bolero.  And yay... you get these cute shoes too!  I've had the tights since 2006 and it seems they aren't available anymore but they came from Project Kiwi and interestingly, when I went to see if they happened to still be available, I found that the store is now called Tulip. There are some cute separates there so you might want to check it out.    I did try the outfit with plain tights in both green and pink and the outfit looks great that way too.  
My skin is the last Wow Skins release of the year called Hope.  This is the milk tone but of course other tones are available as well as other makeups.  I'm wearing the natural with the optional lip gloss.  I hope to show all the makeups as well as the Hope shape this week if I can find the time.  It's really a lovely skin, as are all the WoW Skins.  
My hair is Crystal and mesh from Analog Dog.  And yes, as always, the poses were made by me.  

Embrace

Embrace your fantasies in sequins and feathers  and in shades of Raspberry, Ice Queen and Old Gold.  I'm wearing one set of feathers but you may also add the second set for more fullness.  Complete with headpiece, regal collar, gloves and bodice attachment.  I'm not wearing the buttons but you'll get those too.  But that's not all.  Each shade or Embrace from SASCHA'S DESIGNS has three pant styles, two tops, five skirts, a split hip swirl and even a halo.  

Things My Father Taught Me

When I was a little girl my dad traveled out of State during the week and I only saw him on weekends,  so Sunday  was the day we all sat together at the dinner table.  When dinner was over, my dad would always gather up any bread crumbs, any left over bread or stale crackers he happened to find in the house, and without saying a word, would walk outside. I followed him out one day and like a young child does, I looked up at him and asked, "Daddy, why are you always throwing bread outside?"  Still looking into the sky he replied, "God loves all of his creatures.  If I take care of them, God will take care of me.  I've been doing this for a long time and I've never been without."  He gave me a handful of crackers and we stood there scattering crumbs all over the lawn.   That was a long time ago. A simple thing yet it made an impression and taught me a lesson in caring for creation but also gave me an appreciation for what I have. And yes, to this day I can say that my Dad has been taken  care of.  So, this Christmas when you're full of Christmas dinner... show your appreciation to the One who gave it with a simple gesture of also remembering  His creations.

*Armony Nights

 ARMONY goes casual chic in the new mesh outfit called Nights. The vest (scarf) accents a sleeveless top and pants that zip from calf to ankle.  I love these low waist  pants and I'm sure I'll be wearing them with so many other things. 
You can also wear this outfit with a little bit of belly showing if you wish.  I'm wearing the gold but Nights also comes in leopard, mink and snake.  My shoes are Caprice in champagne from N-Core and my clutch purse is from DeLa.   My hair is Tomorrow from MAGIKA.

Melody

There's so much to like about Melody, the latest gown from GLITTERATI by SAPPHIRE.  The graceful split skirt, bows and lace adorning the bodice and pants makes you look like you just stepped out from the pages of a fairy tale.  

And designer Sapphire Teabrook is great at creating just that.  Some of the little elements make all the difference.  The little straps add a nice touch to the diagonal cut across the back.  The bow sash is embellished with a gold gem here but you'll also receive the silver.  The same goes for the bow hat.  
One note though, the feathers and netting are actually part of my hair which is Sugarplum Coiffure from BOUDOIR.  The gorgeous rich color of this gown is Mahogany but you'll also find Melody in rec, black, teal and chocolate.  There's a bonus pack too.  Poses are from OVATION.  Jewelry is from SON!A.  

Mystica

A face framing deco collar and dramatic shoulder scarf accemt Mystica from SASCHA's DESIGNS. Get a slightly different look by re-positioning the scarf or by just wearing the deco collar.  The gold accented texture is actually much more brilliant than my photos show.  I sort of got carried away with my backdrop and atmosphere and didn't realize it until I was done.  But you will love the texture no matter which color your chose.  Colors to choose from are black, orange, pink, red, seafoam, silver, turquoise and violet, and of course the fatpack.  Each comes with a fluff skirt, split straight skirt, split hip swirl and  my favorite, the cocktail grande skirt.  Earrings are from ALIENBEAR. Poses are from OVATION.  Shoes are from N-Core.  

It's a Scarlett Christmas

Rich texture, graceful lines and a plunging back make Scarlett from ARMORY a wonderful choice for Christmas Eve or all of the upcoming holiday events.  The rose embroidery down the front is quite flattering and I have to say, I love wearing this gown.  Jewelry is a girt from OVATION and comes with a second set in just a slightly different color.  My hair is Draw from MAGIKA.

KatieO

These are just a few of the colors and only two of the skirts that  comprise KatieO from SASCHA'S DESIGNS.  All the colors are fantastic but the vivid blue is to die for.  KatieO may be worn in a variety of ways as the set includes long and short style tops, short, long and low pants,  shoulder flower attachment and the stole.  The skirts include grande, fluffer, cocktail and an asymmetrical mini.  Jewelry and poses were created by me and may be found at OVATION.

Florencia *Ovation*

Florencia is a new delicate floral necklace and earring jewelry set from OVATION. The annual POE hunt always brings us new and delightful things and  feather cloaked Peace Angel from GLITTERAT I by SAPPHIRE is no exception.  Wearing the cloak is optional but how can you resist such feathered loveliness.  My animated wings are from VAENGI.  Poses and Jewelry are from OVATION.

EVER AN' ANGEL

I adore everything about this long strapless mesh dress from EVER AN ANGEL.   Early Fall comes in six colors along with the coordinating sheer scarf.  One of the things I love about this classy dress is that when you walk the mesh behaves and looks like great pants from behind rather than warping like mesh sometimes tends to do.  When you land, turn left.  The dress is on the second floor.  Poses and backdrop from OVATION.  Bracelet from CHOP ZUEY.
